Installing LED plugs

Removing LED Plugs

To install the fiber optics, first cut three pieces of appropriate length. Mark two millimeters from the end of each fiber. For easier installation, we recommend lightly threading each fiber into the LED hole by about one millimeter—just enough for the threads to catch—then unscrew fully. Once the BEEP is in its final position on the rifle, screw each fiber fully until that two-millimeter mark.

Measure the appropriate length of fiber optic, then thread it through the correct hole in the ocular mount and cut flush. Optionally, lightly heat the end with a lighter for a cleaner finish.

To reinstall the LED silicone plugs, simply press each plug firmly back into its LED hole until it sits flush with the surface.

Warning: do not use the device without LED plugs or fiber optics installed. Exposed LED holes risk water ingress and foreign objects entering the housing.

If you have inserted the LED silicone plugs, you will need to remove them first. Simply pluck them out using a needle or any sharp object, and then proceed with your fiber optic installation. Place the removed plugs into the bag included in the kit so they don't get lost.

Warning: do not use the device without LED plugs or fiber optics installed. Exposed LED holes risk water ingress and foreign objects entering the housing.
