END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MEEHL SOLUTIONS POWDER TRICKLER
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This document contains two separate but related parts that apply to your use of the Meehl Solutions Powder Trickler:
Part 1: End User License Agreement (EULA) for the embedded Software/firmware.
Part 2: Limited Hardware Warranty for mechanical defects in the physical Device.
The Meehl Solutions Powder Trickler ("Device") is a precision reloading tool manufactured by Meehl Solutions LLC.
PART 1: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR THE SOFTWARE
This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the individual or entity using the Device, referred to as "you" or "Licensee") and Meehl Solutions LLC, an Oregon limited liability company with its principal place of business in Portland, OR 97229 ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "Meehl Solutions").
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DEVICE
The Device includes embedded firmware, software, control logic, calibration features, presets (e.g., ladder modes), and any associated updates or companion tools (collectively, the "Software") that is licensed, not sold, to you. The Software is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties.
BY POWERING ON, USING, OPERATING, CALIBRATING, OR OTHERWISE INTERACTING WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Device and immediately return it to the place of purchase for a refund (subject to the seller's return policy and our return guidelines at meehlsolutions.com).
Reloading ammunition involves inherent risks of serious injury or death. You assume all responsibility for safe operation, proper calibration, use of compatible scales (e.g., FX series), powder types, and adherence to reloading best practices and safety guidelines.
This EULA applies even if the Device was purchased used or second-hand.
Grant of License Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely as embedded in or intended for use with this specific Device, for your personal or internal business purposes related to precision powder dispensing and reloading (the "Permitted Use"). This license is perpetual unless terminated as provided herein.
Ownership The Software and all intellectual property rights therein remain our exclusive property (or our licensors'). You receive no title or ownership rights in the Software. You own the physical Device hardware itself, subject to the Limited Hardware Warranty in Part 2 below.
Restrictions You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works of, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or mechanisms of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary notices on the Device or in the Software.
Use the Software for any purpose other than Permitted Use.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software (except by transferring the Device as a whole, in which case the transferee must agree to this EULA).
Use the Device or Software in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or safety standards (including those related to firearms, ammunition reloading, or hazardous materials).
Notwithstanding the above, you are permitted to install, load, or use third-party firmware on the Device (including custom, open-source, or community-developed firmware) via the standard USB-C interface or other provided update mechanisms. This permission does not extend to any actions that reverse engineer, copy, or create derivatives of our original Software/firmware, nor does it authorize distribution of any modified versions derived from our Software. Use of third-party firmware is at your own risk and will void the Limited Hardware Warranty as set forth in Part 2.
Software Disclaimer THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES FOR THE SOFTWARE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEHL SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, AMMUNITION, EQUIPMENT, OR USE) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE DEVICE. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Termination This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and, if applicable, destroy any copies or backups.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire Agreement; Updates This EULA constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Software and supersedes any prior understandings. We may update this EULA from time to time; continued use of the Device after posting of changes on meehlsolutions.com constitutes acceptance of the updated terms (check periodically).
Contact For questions about this EULA or the Device: Email MeehlSolutions@gmail.com or visit meehlsolutions.com.
By using the Device, you represent that you are of legal age, have the authority to accept this Agreement, and agree to its terms.
PART 2: LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY
Limited One-Year Warranty on Mechanical Defects
Meehl Solutions LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Meehl Solutions Powder Trickler hardware (excluding the Software/firmware governed by the EULA in Part 1 above) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (the "Warranty Period").
What this Limited Warranty Covers This warranty covers only mechanical defects in the physical components of the Device (e.g., mechanical parts, assembly issues) that arise under normal consumer use in accordance with the provided user manual and safety guidelines.

Repair the Device at no charge;
Replace the Device (or the defective part) with a new or refurbished equivalent; or

Replacement or repaired parts/hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Defects or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or failure to follow the user manual/safety instructions.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues from improper storage, transportation, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Damage from use with incompatible equipment (e.g., non-recommended scales), powders, or reloading practices.
Defects arising from reloading-related incidents, including but not limited to powder spills, overloads, or safety violations (reloading ammunition involves inherent risks of serious injury or death).
Software/firmware issues (governed separately by the EULA).
Consumables, accessories, or third-party components.
How to Make a Claim To obtain service under this warranty, contact us at MeehlSolutions@gmail.com or via meehlsolutions.com within the Warranty Period, providing proof of purchase (receipt), a description of the defect, and photos if requested. We may require you to return the Device (at your expense initially; we cover return shipping if the claim is approved). Unauthorized repairs void this warranty.
Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES STATED ABOVE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM A DEFECT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
